Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final, so make sure you select the correct size and input the correct shipping address before you finish checking out.
Shipping
Orders typically take 1-5 days prior to shipping for us to prepare your order. We appreciate your patience as our team is hard at work everyday to get orders out as quickly as possible. Shipping rates are based off the weight of your order.
We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen in transit.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. Please note that free shipping will not apply if other discounts are used.
Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number immediately after your order is placed. At the time of shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Shipping Carriers
We mainly use USPS, but also FedEx International & DHL Express International if needed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We ship internationally!
International shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Shipping Restrictions
We may be unable to ship to certain locations due to carrier restrictions.
Changes to Shipping Address
Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We cannot guarantee we can accommodate changes once an order has been processed.
